Tank Lids
Requested to deliver a solution for those upgrading a fuel tank’s single skin network, STA’s new tank lid sees the lid entry holes moved further into the centre, a solution that overcomes the constraints of the liner, whilst also enabling more entry holes per lid.
Having delivered over 75 lids to a range of customers (and all working perfectly), the new design is ticking all the boxes in terms of effectiveness and flexibility.
Customers also have the option of returning existing lids to the workshop in order that modifications can be undertaken, and then returned to site, refurbished and fit for purpose.

Crash Barriers
With the ability to design and fabricate crash barriers to meet the needs of every scenario and configuration.

STA’s crash barrier fitted like a dream and was even supplied with packers to mitigate the unevenness of the OSF.”
Tank Lid Access Systems
With commercial and industrial organisations with above ground fuel storage tanks finding they are needing to access the tanks much more regularly, STA’s tank lid access system mitigates the inherent hassle factors involved in such an operation and provides a simple and safe solution for engineers.
Requiring an access hole to be cut in the top of the tank, the engineer then needs to drill holes to enable the frame to be fitted to the tank. Once the internal works have been undertaken, the new cover is then fitted onto the frame to ensure a water tight seal, and both the frame and cover come with Nitrile gaskets to ensure easy subsequent access.

OSF & Vent Systems
CAD designed, laser cut, and fully galvanised, STA’s OSF and vent systems offer flexibility, ease of installation on-site and longevity.
Pre-tested before leaving the workshop, STA OSF and vent systems are now firm favourites with installers and main contractors as they help reduce the installtion time.
